Connecting two properties to make the ultimate entertainment space

We transformed the coach house into the ultimate entertainment space with a cinema, games room and bar that opens onto the garden. A linking corridor floods the property with light and a double storey extension gave us the opportunity to create a stunning master bedroom suite, previously lacking from the property.

Location: Newbury, West Berkshire

Materials: We paid great attention to detail when replicating the external brickwork of the extension to ensure the original house and the coach house connected seamlessly and offers the illusion that these two buildings have always been one.

Clever aspects: Not only were we able to connect these two buildings seamlessly but we achieved it in a manner that allowed the buildings to work together as one house.

Friends on the project: The main contractor was S Deacon, and the kitchen boasts a stunning Tom Howley creation.
