Hampshire Country Home

This 10,000 square feet Queen Anne style country residence, set in the Hampshire countryside, was introduced to us post planning permission approval stage. We have provided architectural services from planning onwards, providing a full set of construction drawings and specifications. The project is now on site with a completion scheduled for late 2024. We are continuing to provide support throughout the build and will be collaborating with interior designers. Our attention is currently focussed on designing an oak framed outdoor kitchen and entertaining area.

Materials: The house uses handmade brick, contrasted with stone detailing and traditional joinery.

Clever aspects: Our challenge was to combine authentic traditional detailing with sustainable construction methods, at the same time as creating stunning, elegant interiors.

Friends on the project: We worked closely with 4Walls Project Management and JCP Structural engineers, along with several specialist sub-contractors and suppliers.
