Meticulous design inside and out

Lodge House underwent a significant transformation. The property received meticulous attention and a transformative garden design to bring it into the 21st century.

The renovation involved removing a bathroom floor, which opened up the space to create a double-height dining room, adding much-needed light to the property. The staircase and double-height window were made the focal point of the space.

The outdated conservatory was upgraded with a new side extension, and local red brick was used to tie the new structure in. New bifold doors and windows were added to improve the property’s energy efficiency.

The kitchen and pantry were entirely redesigned by Snug Kitchen, adding to the functional layout and enhancing the entertaining area.

The garden transformation was one of the most significant challenges faced during the renovation. The sloping terrain required a complete redesign, resulting in a sunken garden with terrace-style planting. A sweeping staircase was added to connect the house and garden, creating a cohesive flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The renovation preserved the property’s structural integrity, creating a harmonious blend of timeless elegance and modern functionality.
