Information on clients or those in communication for services is often stored in our employees’ online contact address books via email provider for quick correspondence. Only authorised individuals or third parties have access to information provided by our Clients. Those who provide identifiable information via a contact form or who are clients or prospects, will also have information stored with our email marketing provider or our contact address book in email provider. Despite such measures, we cannot guarantee that our technology will not be illegally accessed, and the individual information on them being stolen or altered.
