Identifiable information is the information that tells us specifically who you are, such as your name, email address, or phone number. We keep this information for a reasonable period of time or in connection with your on-going business with us. You can request we amend or delete this information and also request a copy of your personal information that we have collected.
Storage of identifiable information
Information on clients or those in communication for services is often stored in employee’s online contact address book via email provider for quick correspondence. Only authorised individuals or third parties have access to information provided by our Clients. Those who provide identifiable information via a contact form or who are clients or prospects, will also have information stored with our email marketing provider or our contact address book in email provider. Despite such measures, we cannot guarantee that our technology will not be illegally accessed, and the individual information on them being stolen or altered.
Use of information
If you contact us by email, phone or fill in a form, we may keep a record of your contact information and correspondence, and may use your email address, and any information that you provide to us in your message, to respond to you. In addition, we may use the personal information described above to send you relevant information and updates. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive such information or communications from us, you can update your email preferences (if applicable) or email us at email@example.com and request to be removed from our lists.

Third-party service providers
